These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern all relations between Stickercb.com and its customers placing orders via the site.
By validating his order, the customer accepts without reservation all of the General Terms and Conditions in force at the time of the order.

The capitalized terms and expressions in these General Conditions of Sale have the following meanings:

4.3 Validation of the Order

Article 5 - Confirmation and Monitoring of the Order

After validation by the customer, an order confirmation email is sent, summarizing the details of the order. The sale becomes final once payment has been received and confirmed by stickercb.com.
Product Availability
The products and their prices are valid as long as they are displayed on the site, subject to stock availability. In the event of unavailability of a product after ordering, the customer will be informed by e-mail and will be able to choose an equivalent product or a refund, made within 14 days in the event of a debit.
Refusal of Order

Article 7 - Payment

Payment of the total price of the products, as well as preparation and delivery costs, must be made in full at the time of ordering. For deliveries outside the EU, the customer must also pay any customs duties or other import taxes directly.
7.2 Payment Methods
The customer can pay:

Article 8 - Delivery

The order is delivered to the address provided by the customer when ordering, once the payment is registered. An email will be sent to confirm the shipment.
8.2 Delivery Costs
Preparation and delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. The amount of these costs will be communicated before the order is validated.
8.3 Delivery Time
Delivery is governed by the Consumer Code, in particular article L. 216-1, paragraph 2.
The delivery time is specified before validation of the order, with a maximum of 30 working days, unless otherwise indicated.
In the event of a delay not attributable to the Customer, the latter has the possibility of canceling his order in accordance with article L. 114-1 of the Consumer Code.
To send the stickers, we are forced to use the postal service exclusively (letter mail).
Unfortunately, we may experience delays due to factors beyond our control, such as saturation of sorting centers, strikes, staff changes, reduction of rounds or natural disasters...
In the event of non-receipt of the order, the Customer must contact our Customer Service to find a solution.
8.4 Confirmation of Delivery
Delivery is considered complete when the customer takes physical possession of the product. Delivery tracking is provided by the carrier.
8.5 In Case of Absence
If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left so that he can collect the package. In the event of non-collection within the time limit, the package will be returned to Stickercb.com and shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the customer.
8.6 Transfer of Risks
The risks are transferred to the customer when taking possession of the product.
In the event of delivery to a letterbox, the risks are transferred upon deposit in the letterbox.
After receipt, the customer must check the conformity and condition of the products. Any visible anomaly must be reported, and in the event of a damaged package, the customer must refuse delivery and write "refusal due to damage" on the return slip.

For any claim related to an apparent defect or delivery damage, the customer must contact customer service (contact@stickercb.com) as soon as possible to protect the rights of Stickercb.com with the carrier and initiate a return procedure if necessary.
In the event of refusal of delivery or return due to a defect found, the customer may request a new delivery or cancel the order, in accordance with the conditions of article 9.
Article 9 - Conformity, Warranty, and Right of Withdrawal
9.1 Product Conformity
Stickercb.com guarantees product compliance with legal standards:
Legal guarantee of conformity (Consumer Code): The customer has two years from receipt of the product to request repair or replacement in the event of a lack of conformity.
Guarantee against hidden defects (Civil Code): The customer may request cancellation of the sale or a price reduction in the event of a hidden defect.

Although the products are checked before shipping, there may be minor differences with the images on the site.

The performance by Stickercb.com of all or part of its obligations, including delivery, will be suspended in the event of the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure that hinders or delays its performance. Stickercb.com will inform Customers of the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure within seven days of its occurrence.
If this suspension continues beyond fifteen days, the Customer may cancel the current order, resulting in the reimbursement of the price of the Products ordered as well as the delivery costs paid.
ARTICLE 16 - SUSPENSION - TERMINATION
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
Only the French version of these Conditions is authentic.
In the event of a difficulty relating to the Order, the delivery of the Products or, in general, the execution of the sale, the Customer has the possibility, before taking any legal action, to seek an amicable solution.
