Return Policy

Right of withdrawal and returns (distance selling – French legislation)

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.

Returns policy
👉 The product must be returned new, unused, and in its original condition.
👉 Returns must be made within a maximum of 14 days after notification of your decision to withdraw.
👉 Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is proven to be ours.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

👉 Customized products, made according to customer specifications
👉 Items made to measure or on demand
👉 Custom stickers or stickers made specifically for an order cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.

Refund
In the event of a compliant return, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned products or proof of shipment, whichever comes first.
The refund will be issued via the payment method used for the order.
