We deliver your purchases worldwide.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the total weight of the order. They are clearly indicated before order confirmation.

2) Shipping of the stickers

Stickers weighing less than 50 grams are shipped by ✉️ LETTER mail ✉️ via La Poste, in France and internationally.
Stickers are sent exclusively via the postal service. We frequently experience mail delivery delays due to strikes, sorting center congestion, absent or substitute postal workers, and reduced delivery routes – unfortunately, too many situations beyond our control.

3) Tracked parcels

Items weighing over 100 grams are shipped via carriers selected based on their speed and the delivery address (Colissimo, UPS, etc.). These shipments are sent with a tracking number.

We give preference to carriers able to respect a maximum indicative timeframe of 72 working hours.

4) Delivery times

Delivery times are given as an indication only. 
Since transport is handled by postal services or carriers, these delays may be extended depending on factors beyond our control (peak periods, holidays, strikes, bad weather, staff shortages, sorting center malfunctions, etc.).

5) Preparation times

👉 Items in stock: preparation within a maximum of 2 working days.
👉 Items made or prepared to order: preparation and/or manufacturing time of approximately 8 working days.
